By confirming a booking with Cha Cha Boats, you acknowledge that you have read, understand and agree to these terms and conditions:

Booking Info
Bookings will only be confirmed upon payment.
All Booking prices are in UAE Dirhams inclusive of applicable taxes and service fees.
Bookings are non-transferable, except at the sole discretion of Cha Cha Boat tours.
Discounts and other promotional offers may not be used in conjunction with any other promotional offers. Vouchers are non-refundable and cannot be converted into cash.

Cancellation or No Show
Cancellation within 24 hours of your departure time will incur full payment. Prior to this period a 10% cancellation fee will be charged for online bookings. No-Show or Late Arrivals will be subject to full payment.

All passengers should arrive at the Location no less than 20 minutes prior to start of the boat tour.
If you miss your scheduled departure, you will not be eligible for a later booking or refund.

Please ensure you provide us with a mobile telephone number that your lead passenger will have with them on the booking day.
Cha Cha Boats reserves the right to cancel or re-schedule any bookings due to unsafe weather conditions, authority restrictions or enforcement of any laws, regulations or ordinances prohibiting the tours from proceeding. In the event of cancellation by Cha Cha Boats, liability shall be limited to the full refund of the booking.
Customer’s Safety & Wellbeing
Cha Cha Boats, will not be liable for any personal injury, injury to others and/or loss or damage.
Pregnant travelers, board at your own risk.
Our tours are better suited for adults but children (above 5 years) are welcome but all minors must be accompanied by adults.

Accessibility
Our boats are unfortunately not wheelchair accessible.
Strollers are also not allowed on board.

Governing Law
This booking is governed and shall be construed by the laws of United Arab Emirates as applicable in the Emirate of Dubai and subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the Courts of Dubai, UAE.

The Dubai Coast Guard enforces strict rules and may impose relevant fines for any violations by the Customers. In the event of Customer violations, Cha Cha Boats shall pass on any fine to the Customer due to the Customer’s non-compliance or disregard of the rules set out by Dubai Coast Guard and/or enforced by the Captain and Crew.

Reckless behavior may result in fines or termination of the tour without any refunds.

Life jackets are to be worn when the coast guard deems necessary and issues a weather warning. Littering in the waters will not be tolerated and punishable by law.

server. All supplied sensitive/credit information is transmitted via Secure Socket Layer (SSL) technology and
then encrypted into our Payment gateway providers database only to be accessible by those authorized with
