WHEN SHOULD I ARRIVE FOR MY TOUR?

The time of the tour is when we expect to leave for the boat, so plan to meet at the meeting point 20 minutes early. This city can be confusing and be delay-inducing, so give yourself enough time to be a little late. You can always give us a call to let us know. We’ll do our best to wait for you.

HOW LONG IS A TOUR?

Depending on the route and experience, take your pick of 75mins, 2 or 3 hours. You can also book us for the day if we are available. Get in touch with us and we will try out best to accommodate your request.

PAYMENT METHODS

We accept major credit cards, Visa, Mastercard and Apple Pay.

CAN I BRING FOOD & DRINKS?

We are dedicated to everyone getting the most out of their experience with us, unfortunately any outside food is not permitted. We offer water and refreshments and snacks depending on the tour you have selected. We will be happy to accommodate any special food and drink requirements you might have, just get in touch.

WHAT IS THE WEATHER LIKE? WHAT DO I WEAR?

We operate year-round. The tours are timed according to the seasons. Light clothing, comfy shoes, sunglasses and sunscreen is always encouraged. Also keep in mind it’s always colder on the water especially after swimming, so make sure to bring a small jacket or scarf. A hoodie is always good to have at sunset.

DO YOU OPERATE RAIN OR SHINE?

Cha Cha Boats reserves the right to cancel or re-schedule any bookings due to unsafe weather conditions, authority restrictions or enforcement of any laws, regulations or ordinances prohibiting the tours from proceeding. In the event of cancellation by Cha Cha Boats, liability shall be limited to the full refund of the booking.

WHO SHOULD SIGN UP FOR YOUR TOURS?

Anyone who likes to be out at sea, boat nerds, pirates, history buffs, architecture devotees, foodies, adventure seekers, sunbathers and people who enjoy good vibes and good service.

WHO IS WELCOME?

We love travelers from all over the world! Our tours are with English speaking skippers and optional tour guide. If you prefer a tour in Arabic, we can arrange that, get in touch.

IS THIS TOUR SUITABLE FOR ALL AGES?

Our tours are better suited for Adults but children (above 5 years) can have some fun too

WHAT IS THE TYPE OF BOAT THAT YOU HAVE?

Our boats are beautifully restored Italian Gozzo boats from the Amalfi coast. To learn more about them click here

IS THERE A TOILET ONBOARD?

Our gozzos unfortunately don’t have facilities, but we can guide you to the nearest ones.

WHAT IS THE CAPACITY OF THE BOAT?

Our Boats fit up to 6 guests (including children)

ARE LIFE JACKETS AVAILABLE ONBOARD?

Yes they are.

CAN WE SWIM ON THE TRIP?

Swimming is encouraged, depending on your trip and itinerary. Unfortunately the Al Seef creek is an active waterway and swimming is not allowed. Book a departure from Jumeirah 1 for swimming stops.

DO I NEED TO BRING MY ID?

Yes, only the ID of the person who made the booking, to show at the meeting point prior to the tour, along with the booking email.

WILL WE GET WET ON THE TOUR?

You may get a little splashed yes, but that’s to be expected when riding on a boat. Nothing nice than feeling the wind in your hair and the elements.

DO YOU OFFER CORPORATE AND CUSTOM TOURS?

Yes we do, and we love customizing an experience for you and your loved ones. Get in touch and we will craft a nice sea adventure for you.

WHAT HAPPENS IF I NEED TO CANCEL?

Cancellation within 24 hours of your departure time will incur full payment. Prior to this period a 10% cancellation fee will be charged for online bookings. No-Show or Late Arrivals will be subject to full payment.
